Richard T. Watson

Richard T. Watson is the Managing Partner of Spieth, Bell, McCurdy & Newell Co., LPA, a Cleveland, Ohio law firm. He works in the fields of tax, business, financial, and estate planning for family groups and their related business enterprises. He received his A.B. degree from Harvard College and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Watson is a director of a number of privately held corporations and a trustee of a number of private foundations. He is listed in Who’s Who in America, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since the inception of the publication.

Mr. Watson currently serves as a Trustee of Case Western Reserve University and of the Cleveland Museum of Art, as well as Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Ohio. He is a member of Harvard University’s Committee on University Resources and of the Visiting Committee of the Harvard Divinity School.

Mr. Watson and his wife reside in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. They have two sons.
